The owners were very friendly , helpful and gave excellent service , nothing was to much trouble.The room was very well appointed and was clean , neat and felt very cozy and welcoming.It was directly across the road from the beach and had a lovely pool area and wide verandahs to relax on. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for

somewhere to stay where budget doesn't mean cheapness.

Our stay at Coconut Palms was wonderful. The owners were so helpful and friendly which really does make a difference to your stay. The rooms had a nice relaxing feel with the most comfortable king size beds. The location was perfect right across the road from the beach and not far from bars, cafes. We would definitely stay here again if holidaying in Hervey bay!!!

Coconut Palms was a real gem! Nigel and Mechelle, the owners were very welcoming and helpful and were always there for us to answer questions and plan tours! It was located across the street from the beach and and the main walking path on the Esplanade and was close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our apartment as it gave us lots of privacy and comfort. It was like a home away from home and we wished we could have stayed longer than 5 nights. We look forward to returning to this wonderful place and highly recommend Coconut Palms on The Bay!
