Be aware you will need to park on the road until you have checked in as the driveway gate is closed for security reasons, you will be provided with a remote for the driveway gate and parking instructions on check-in.

we only have 1 parking space per apartment , we have no facilities for extra vehicles , trailers, boats etc, parking is available on the street.

Apartment servicing
It is industry practice in Queensland that apartments are not serviced for stays of less than a week based on an apartment being self contained. Additional towels are available on request. Guest coin operated laundry facilities are on-site.
Servicing an apartment at your request is available however there is an additional $30 charge per service ( service includes linen change, complete clean, fresh towels etc)

Cancellation policy
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged, if cancelled or modified within 7 days of arrival the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Payment Policy
At the time you make the booking we take your credit card details, this card is used to hold the reservation only, it has not been charged. You will need to make full payment of your reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival, an email will be sent to your supplied email address 9 days prior to your arrival to remind you that payment is due. Failure to make this payment will result in your booking being automatically cancelled.
