1 to 3 night night stays excluding Xmas, cancellation/modification within 7 days of arrival, 1 night penalty charge
4+ plus night stays excluding Xmas cancellation/modification within 14 days of arrival, 2 night penalty charge

XMAS 20th Dec  to 11th Jan 2020 , cancellations permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival , within 30 days =  non refundable

We recommend guests take out travel insurance

Payment Policy

Payment for your booking will be charged to your supplied credit card 7 days prior to your arrival, 30 days prior for the Xmas period

Visitors policy

You are welcome to have visitors on site from 8am until 10pm, all visitors must vacate the premises by 10pm. we have a strict no party rule
Business must not be conducted onsite

Noise after 9pm & before 8am

As our clientele is mainly couples, families, retirees and international tourists who normally get an early night prior to visiting Fraser Island, we ask all guests to keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm. If arriving after 9pm please be aware other guests may be in bed sleeping , also if you are leaving very early in the morning we ask that you to be considerate.

Smoking Policy

Apartments are non smoking, ashtrays are provided on all balconies and pool BBQ area.
